Payment methods

When booking the trip online, you have the option to pay as follows:

per invoice

by direct debit

by credit card VISA

by credit card MasterCard

Please also note the following information in our General Terms and Conditions:

After conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 20% of the cruise fare is due for payment in exchange for the insurance certificate being handed over. The remaining payment is due 30 days before the start of the trip, provided that the insurance certificate has been handed over and the trip can no longer be cancelled for the reason stated in section 8. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the trip, the entire cruise fare is payable immediately.
