Jewels along the Spanish and Italian coasts
11 days | Lisbon - Gibraltar - Melilla - Cartagena - Sardinia - Rome - Sorrento - MaltaWhy this trip?
- On the route between these wonderful destinations in Spain, we make a stop in the United Kingdom. In Gibraltar, you can watch the Barbary macaques, enjoy fi sh & chips in a pub, or visit Gorham’s Cave.
- Melilla is known to most – if at all – only as a Spanish exclave in North Africa. Hardly anyone knows that the most Art Nouveau buildings in Spain are to be found here – after Barcelona.
- In Cartagena, you can experience the fi ery temperament of the Spanish up close during a fl amenco show. Olé!
- Su Nuraxi is the name of the archaeological site in Sardinia that will take you back to the time far before Christ. It is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
