The mooring and casting off times are approximate. The Elbe is not regulated by locks in Germany. This is why it has a shore landscape to offer unlike any other in Europe. However, it is also more severely affected by flooding and low water than other rivers. The Vltava, in particular, is not navigable at low water. We therefore reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary at short notice (route, excursions) if water levels are challenging. If due to low or high water or a defective ship a section of the river is closed to travel, the shipowner reserves the right to transport guests to their excursion destinations along this section by bus, accommodate them in hotels and /or change the course of this part of the journey. Transfer to another ship may be necessary.
